Phong is a highly experienced project manager with over 15 years in the civil construction infrastructure industry. He has delivered a wide range of complex infrastructure projects across Sydney for top tier private construction companies and more recently worked in the government sector as the client representative.

With strong expertise in planning, coordination and delivery, Phong is a hands-on project manager who ensures every stage of construction is carefully managed, carried out safely, on budget and to achieve quality outcomes. He is recognised for his ability to bring together teams, drive programs forward, and resolve challenges with a practical and detail-focused approach.

Phong leverages his technical knowledge and collaborative leadership to deliver projects that meet client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Tomi Vasilevski is a senior project development and management professional with over 30 year’s experience delivering major infrastructure projects for private and government clients.  Tomi’s exposure across multiple industries and sectors, including residential and commercial property, transport and technology projects, has enabled him to develop exceptional project management skills skills.   Tomi’s mix of qualifications gives clients both technical know-how and business insight, and has helped him succeed in leadership roles.  Tomi is known for building high-performing teams and guiding projects from concept to completion with precision and confidence.

In addition to his extensive transport and infrastructure expertise, Tomi has successfully developed a range of residential and commercial projects, including mixed-use developments, multi-unit dwellings, townhomes and luxury homes. His experience as both a Project Director and owner/developer gives him a unique perspective — blending technical rigour, commercial insight and a strong understanding of client needs.

Alongside large-scale infrastructure expertise, Omar has managed the development of duplexes, multi-dwelling housing, and major residential renovations, giving him a strong appreciation of both the technical detail and the client vision that drive successful property outcomes.
