An original shopfront and apartment were demolished to create a modern mixed-use development. The new boutique building features a ground-floor commercial space and five luxury apartments ranging from one to two bedrooms.

Highlights: Full brick construction, modern lift and fire systems, and the sensitive restoration of heritage features including the original King Street façade and Botany View Hotel signage, which were integrated into the apartment design.
